Hi all,

Got a text from my mate earlier telling me his Honda XR125 has been stolen from outside his mates house in Ingris Park. I know the majority of you aren't from down south, but it can turn up anywhere so a few more people with the thought in the back of their head could determine if this bike shows up again or not...

Anywho.... The bike is a Honda XR125 as i've said, the mileage was around 43,000KM and the bike is red with White Brushguards, Bright red grips, Red Renthals and a red renthal barpad, oh, and a Acerbis Headlight, few distinctive marks that could tell if its his or not if it crops up on eBay/Gumtree.

The bike was stolen between 8 and 9pm tonight (21st August 2010) from Ingris Park. Greenhithe, Kent.

Few photos:

Any news please drop me a PM or leave a message on here! All help is incredibly appreciated.

Iv got that exact same model and year! in the last 12 months iv had 5 attempts of theft on it! With a bike like that you MUST have some kind of alarm!

Thats the only thing I hate about my bike. Its little chavs ideal joyride!

i will keep an eye out! Iv already got someones CG recovered for them this month.

I'll definately keep my eyes open for it.

By any chance did you mate go for his mod 2 at Gillingham a few weeks back? A guy pulled up on one of these with the red renthal bars and a similar sounding number plate.

Thanks for your replys guys Smile

The bike was seen today in the back of some wankers van along with 4 other bikes of the same style, couldn't do anything all hench blokes rang police, suprise suprise they didnt wanna know. So it could still potentially be in the Ingress area.

Oh and to the guy above ^ it wasn't me at gillingham i will have words with my brother though Mr. Green Razz

Thanks.

What do you mean police didn't want to know?
You said 'I have found my bike still in the hands of the thieves along with other possibly stolen bikes; inside this van reg XXXX XXX and in XXX location' and they didn't care at all?

We didnt get the reg of the van as they realised we was looking at them and stood infront of it to block it from view. The police turned up, and drove off 3 seconds later, useless.

You actually saw the bike in the back of a van and did nothing at all about it?

Surely there must have been somebody you could call? At the very least stand somewhere discreet until they drive off and get the reg when they are in the van, they can't block the plate and drive at the same time, and if they are not driving off then the police could check it out since you could point the van out.

Meh, that'll be the last you see of that bike anyway.

If someone had my bike in a van I'd be instantly into full-attack mode - don't care how big they were. You might get a kicking but at least you could hold your head up and said you tried.

you'd probably have more chance of at least surviving than the stereotypical 17 year old XR owner when faced with a few big guys though.

Although the stereotypical 17 year old now a days carries knives on them selves Laughing

And even though I'm 17 I would have gone for it, although I know I cant fight at least would have tried.

And if in a busy high street if someone sees an older guy kicking in a teenager (hopefully) someone would stand up for you

To be honest, its not worth a £450 bike when someone could get seriously hurt.

I'm 5 mins from Ingress Park so I'll keep an eye out but doubt I'd see it on the road.

Any description of the van?
