What camera?

Which one is the best to start out with?
The MD80 or the Keychain one?

The keychain one looks like it doesn't like vibrations and almost every video i've seen the picture is full of wavey lines and picture.

Only going to use it for when i go out riding around. No crazy stuff but i'd still like a decent picture.
Don't really want to chuck out £100 for a camera if a cheapo one can do the job Razz

Anyone know what cam NC30 uses? His vids look really sharp.

Chinky MD80 and the keychain cameras use pretty much the exact same hardware, just packaged differently. I find the keychain easier to fit because of the size and form factor (plus its easier to hide!)

Wavey lines will happen if the fitment isnt secure, it's a trait of any CMOS sensor'd camera (inc the GoProHD)

I've not had many problems with mine, heres a clip I took, it was simply velcro'd to my undertray.

N30 uses the GoPro HD. They're £200, but record at 1080p (or 720p) and produce broadcast quality footage, but at £200 compared to £8, you'd expect that.

MD80 is excellent though some have problems but you pays your very little money and takes your chance, there really cheap if you shop around on ebay £11 and this guy as got a great set-up method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxZsckWZOAQ&feature=related good luck

Does anyone know what Micro SD cards these MD80 camera's will take?

Will they take a SDHC card?

Well i only bought one to try it out but i want to get a fast card to go with it Smile

Found a sandisk 8gb sdhc class 6 for £15 so might get that one.

Can always upgrade camera if needed.

I use a sandisc 4g but man the file size is huge, I have todays glasgow centre to Ayr trip to look at if my pc has enough memory to open it, 42mins recording = 3 gig Smile

I'm not sure if the MD80 will take more than 8gb.
Found a cheap 8gb class 6 card so will probably get that when the camera gets here.
