Don't have photoshop or anything like that so just wondered whether any of you would be able to help with this...

Mother sent me this pic and needs it to have a white background to send off for some form or something or other..

This is the pic..

Is for an ID badge and the only pic she has of herself so I don't want to bodge it in paint.

Know it would be easily done for someone with the right tools.

Very simple in Paint/Photoshop, just select around the bits you want white & 'fill'. Smile

dark hair & a dark background means it's never going to cut out very well. Adding a little blur round the edges might help

Cheers for thtat forgat about that manual selector bit.

Not my laptop ( thats my excuuse anyway..0

Thought it would look a bit stark on white meant a sort of pale background.

Never ventured into the whole photoshop thing much before,have plalyed around but thats aboutit.

Will have a look now and see if i can download 1 .

If you can't find Photoshop, Paint.net is free and better than gimp (also free) imo.

I couldn't find the blur tool on paint.net. It's there somewhere. Laughing

I don't think that gap above her right shoulder should be there though.
