Sorry to burst your bubble but I had one of those covers. It split after 2 days, sent it back. The next one they sent split after a week.

I got a refund.

Was not really impressed with mine either, is not very waterproof at all and also buffed the paint clean off of the very tailend of my otherwise immaculate bike! Thumbs Down They must have given Ride a nice little backhander to get it awarded Best Buy i'm thinking.

looks a bit pricey to me. I dont think either the lock or the cover is worth £20, so £40 for the two seems a bit steep.

I have that lock bought it years ago. You can use the padlock thing as a disc lock which is handy. Not as good as the £10 ones that aldi do once a year. The chain with the aldi one is thicker, and the padlock more sturdy.

Having said that, any cover and lock that stops your bike getting stolen, is worth the cost for keeping your bike safe.

Better paying a bit too much and having things safe, than not having a cover or lock at all.

That cover is about 40 quid everywhere else on its own. This particular sale comes with a free lock which I could sell lets say 20 quid for argument sake. That way I've bought a cover which reicved good reviews (and some bad ones, mainly good from what I read) for only 20 quid!

cover looks ok, much tougher than my shitty cover i had. It just about fits my bike which is just a little 125 but the adverts say "one size fits all". Not sure if it would be a 600 or liter bike like the advert says.

However its pissing down at the momment so i will check in the morning if the bikes soaked or not.
