I've seen this thing in Croughton and Banbury over the last few months, silver Volvo estate, not the newest, but not old, with black roof rack, upon which is mounted a thin, flat, wide blue light.

Theres a few more than that in Ox, haha.

Think theres an 04 Vectra, blue. And an a black/ dark blue Evo ( the new shape one.. evo 6 maby?)

New shape would be an Evo X
