Sell sticker, 21st august, posted 2nd class 23rd, email from punter on 24th asking where it is. I reply same day.
Today, 2nd sept, dispute and negative feedback saying "No item recieved, no contact to say why its late, waste of time"

I message in a rage, simply "lying twat"

Reply, "how am i lying"

me "Saying i don't respond to messages, i replied to one a few days ago. So, you lied.
It is 9 working days since you bought, it states on listing i post with in 3 days and the post office state up to 15 days to deliver yet you are impatient and leave negative feedback over nothing something that was posted within 48 hours and the post office are dragging their feet getting to you.
Very sorry but i don't happen to run the post office.

Buyer "so u saying it can take up to 18 days to delivr a sticker, think you should state that in your listing then for next time"

"It says on my listing i post within 3 days, it's not my fault you are too stupid to realise the post office don't speed deliver to impatient idiots first"

What can you do to protect against these people, few more like this and i'll be closed down?
