As it says: IMPORTANT : non homologué

Which might mean no queer trees, but I harbour a suspicion will turn out to mean 'not homologated', or 'just for show, not to be used on the road.'

It is indeed Froggy for not homologated. i.e; not approved..

...and if you scroll down past the froggy bit, it's translated into English as well and states; 'Helmet doesn't meet any saftey(sic) standards'

I suppose you could remove the visor and put it on your proper helmet especially an open face one.
