Only gone up to 75 so far, very fast, surprisingly the power isn't scary at the lower speeds like this, although I have only done 9 miles and only been on 30 roads. I guess at 140/150 It will make me shit my pants etc... ;p

The exhaust is decent and I love the attention I get Very Happy

Sorry for bad pics, I had to email from phone and reduce quality.

8K miles, haggled from £3000 to £2850 although choke plastic bit won't move back towards me. New cable I think?

My RS125 and ZX636 chained together :p

I love the front of this bike. So sexy and mean.

End can, tried some stylistic shot, but not really LOL. Much to learn I guess

lovely bikes, the front can get light and frisky under power over shitty roads, so careful how you go. Wink

Hey, thanks guys.

I have a huge smile on my face when I start it up and ehar it. Much better than the lil RS 125 2 stroke sound that people get shocked at hearing because it looks bigger LOL.

Baffles already out Very Happy

Had to pay 10 quid for bigger reg plate because the guy lsot his. Failed MOT on that!

I will watch out if the front lifts under power, I really do not want to drop it!

As for blue, I wasn't keen on it in the pics compared to black, but it's grown on me. I went for it on the fact that he lived 3 miles away from me and didn;t sound like a east end/essex lad. Some of the cunts I phoned on ebay just put me off completely LOL.

The seller had a Buell, Hornet and a zx750 from years ago I believe.

Really nice chap, talked about his first bike which was a CB250. He sorned it and only rode it in the summer hence the low miles, although he only did 6 miles since last years MOT!

The first owner apparently got sent to prison hence low miles again LOL.

His alarm doesn't work however, so will get a Meta 375t alarm fitted from North London Motorcycles for £159. Special price because I passed there apaprently.

I do have insurance but it does scare me that it will get nicked, especially since there are so many threads lately. Living in Hackney isn't the best of places!

Don't worry I will take it easy Smile

Well I have a bad adrenilin problem and do really stupid riding and filtering that I was always at risk on my RS, but on this I have stayed behind cars and stuff on this when unsafe. I have no fear of getting hurt or dying.

I'm taking it easy because I know myself and how stupid I am, and if I am gonna die before age 70 or whatever, it will be on this bike or another.

As for carbon, erm I'm gonna hold back on spending! I had a budget set for a bike etc... :p

Alarm next, mini indi's soon, seat cowl possibly, but one site was charging 100 quid :o

Oh and sunday tomorrow, please no rain, but even so, yessssss LOL. Working right now Sad and as a muslim, I don't have time in evenings until after Ramadaan.

dont bother with an alarm, they always go wrong eventually and are a pain in the ass, spend the money on a fat lock and chain instead Thumbs Up

first bumpy road you hit at speed will see your ass being thrown in and out of the seat haha, i miss mine

If you think that is powerful, wait until you ride a Litre bike.

Kind of similar to a 600cc until about 70mph but then they just keep on going...

Very nice bike though!

Hey I already have a Almax lock and chain, but I live in Hackney, and if anyone knows it, it's kinda rough.

The alarm puts people off touching too, which is great for the RS. People around here are brave to touch things that aren't theirs.

As for the bike being powerful, well it is but not as much as I thought. However I haven't hit above 75MPH yet because I haven't had time to get on a road over 30.

I am certain at 120+ I will shit my pants until I get use to it :p

I accidentally did a stoppie at 50MPH about 1 foot up using the front brakes too hard on the journey back to mine when I bought it. No insurance so I rushed it following my boss but he braked hard and I was too close. My friend behind saw it and was smiling at me LOL.

Oh and I did hit a bump (not speed bump) at about 50 and it chucked me in the air. The bike is really, really stiff man! That was exciting.

Yes I noticed the calipers are filthy! Got my hands black by accidentally doing the chain and brushing it LOL.

Yes, it's the same as a "choke" on early EFI bikes. I never had to use my fast idle on mine, it always started off the button, even in February.

When you actually open it up through the gears it will change your opinion on how powerful it feels

Yeah I know this will be the case when I hit high speeds. I did 55MPH in first gear and think it could have given more. Pretty fast and fun ^^ My friend said in first on his GSX 600 2010, it hit 70, so I shall try it when I'm on the dual carriage way. He said it felt really good Smile

Will go for a ride next sunday with my friend. Very busy because I'm fasting until 7.40 ish, then I gotta go mosque at 9.20 and pray up til midnight. Plus I am just too tired LOL.

I personally love black bikes, but none near and the ones for sale at the time didn't seem to have good sellers. They sounded like pricks.

If you can afford it etc... then go for it man!

Yeah I noticed the RS is kinda huge LOL. I got stopped by the police about 3 and a half weeks ago by the police doing 60. I showed my provisional and they said: what are you doing on a big bike with a provisional? I said it's a 125 and my L plate is at the front.
