Hi, rode my zx636 b1h 03 to work the other day and was fine. When I came to start it up to go home the FI light started flashing and it wouldn't turn over. On further inspection i noticed the oil level was low, so i topped it up, recharged the battery, but still nothing. Tried to check the diagnostics with the lead cable but nothing happened! Can anyone give me an idea of what might be wrong and why it won't start ?

Check that the battery is actually properly charged. Check the fuses.

Put a brand new battery on and all fuses are checked and fine.

Including the main fuse, that is often a inline one hidden away behind a panel ?

Time to get meter out and see where has got power.

How do you mean nothing happened when you connected the cable?

You don't need to connect a cable, you just need to put it into dealer mode and count the blinks to get your fault code. Thumbs Up

This thread should help. Thumbs Up
