yeah, Ive been watching mad max 2 again. I got offered a good fairing cheap (came of a cbx1000 prolink tourer) and with the amount of motorway use its getting I thought why not, bit of extra weather protection, less complicated stuff on the forks and I recon it looks badass.

Still a work in progress, got to make it a bit more solid, re adjust the headlight down a bit and hopefully tidy up the wiring a bit.

Sorry about the crappy picture quality by the way, 2mp camera phone because the camera died. Sad

Cheers

she's had a proper carb setup, regular servicing and made sure everything is in good working order. She is looked after, I just cant be arsed to spend money on unnecessary stuff like tarty paintjobs and stuff when I can spend the money on petrol instead and ride it (also why I dont clean it apart from the numberplate, lights and chain, waste of riding time cleaning anything else).

Cheers

I Didnt buy either the bike or a tin of hammerite, I bought a collection of parts cheaply and built a bike for under 250 quid including MOT and I found a tin of underbody sealant in the back of the shed, thats the paintjob.

Da frosty one, Might get rid of the fairing then, XJs were damn ugly Laughing

L4Isoside, more than likley, cant be sure though I do waaay too much mileage to remember where ive been. Thumbs Up

imanupstart, Doo eet!!!! come to the dark side, the level of enlightenment you get when you realise you dont give even the slightest care if you scratch or drop your bike is fantastic. I dont think I could ever live with a bike with a custom airbrush paintjob, Id be afraid of touching it.

Cheers
