yamaha jog airbox help please

Hello everyone.
Great forum, but i cannot find anything to help my current situation. I have acquired a 1988 Yamaha Jog scooter but unfortunately it doesn't have an air box or air ducting. i have scoured ebay and the internet, and have found a few but unfortunately i have no idea what the original part even looks like. I am quite handy, so I have no problem with modifying any air boxes that are "close" to fitting, as long as the flow/filtering will not mess up the carb settings.

Can anyone offer any pics of what I need or advice about what is suitable for this scooter please.

I also need a replacement front wheel (drum brake) so any links to spares suppliers would be appreciated

Its probably a 37mm fixing.

ebay sell k&n look-a-likes for about 7 quid.

That should be as good a replacement as searching out the original.

Sounds just the job GSTEEL, I can have a measure and see if its 37mm, but can i be a pain and trouble you for more info on the k&n look a like" (i have no idea what the original looked like) or even better a link ?

Also in my research, I have come across a "reed valve", is this part of the airbox aswell or between carb and engine block or carb and airbox ?

Thanks BLUEX5. I had seen this on ebay (along with 1 other) but I couldn't get confirmation that the 2007 airbox was the same as the 1988 scotter. Do you know this will fit ?
