Looks to me like you have fitted it too high
To save even more money. Cut down a old milk bottle, or any plastic container  ____________________ Just because my bike was A DIVVY, does not mean i am...... |

Had one of those on the old GPZ - and yes it noticeably reduces the amount of crud thrown up from the front wheel.
I must get one for the Bandit asap before the UK weather gets any worse... and thanks to "iooi" for the advice, I might just try the DIY version first  ____________________ 1st bike (Sept'06 - May'10) : 1991 GPZ500S / Current bike (since Nov 2009) : 2003 Suzuki Bandit 600N
