Up until this weekend things were looking a bit brighter, bit more work happening and started to get some pennies coming in.
Had a call sat am to collect couple of boxes in Portsmouth to go to Birmingham.
Half way to Portsmouth the pan euro started missing intermittently, losing power and generally running like poo, made the collection and headed back home for zzr to do the job.
Made the drop but oily smelling smoke coming from bike somewhere, on a refill i check to see oil leak dripping onto exhaust, not major so carry on home.

Back home i start on the zzr sunday morning, turns out sump has cracked around sump plug area but i've still got old engine i murdered few months ago so after removing exhaust system, rad, oil cooler, complete fairing I get sump off, clean out the strainer, scrape off gasket and clean all surfaces and rebuild most of it, refil with oil and it pisses out of the joint
So thats my monday sorted, doing it all again and maybe getting a skim on the sump the pan it turned out to be a broken wire in a really shite place near steering, under air box which was simple in comparison.
