Hi all, we're off out greenlaning next Tuesday 21st - leaving Broadbridge Heath around 5:30 for a few hours muddy fun around Coldharbour/Shere/Bocketts.

All are welcome, PM me your mobile number if you want to join us.

Count me and Philo in.

Nasher has seperated his ribs in a very comedic mountain bike accident (we are getting more injuries on the pushbikes than we ever did on the enduros)

Nice one - on the greenlaning.

What does separating ribs involve? Good to see the way his mates rushed to his assistance, reminds me of the time I found Stewie up a tree and pissed myself Laughing

According to medical experts .... it is where the rib tears loose from the cartilage in the front of the sternum Rolling Eyes

However, I suspect it is closely tied in with losing a rib ... Like women who have less ribs than men.
Therefore, when you get a so called 'seperated rib', you are in fact just turning into a lesbian.

Physical signs are the development of a mangina (if you dont get back on the bike quickly enough, it will eventually shrivel to a little nub).
Of course my lycra shorts clearly show I am not suffering from this in anyway.
Again, i am not medical expert ... but I am sure I am right.
