I'm with MCE at the mo'..

My advice is compare the Meerkat and take the cheapest (reputable) quote.

MCE just charged me £30 for changing to a private plate - after 2 months of trying to let them know -
they didn't phone me back!! but they'd phoned me twice trying to get me to agree to renew and take extra cover in the mean time!!!

FFS

Sounds like your still quite new to bikes,, but don't agree to renew to anyone until you do the website thing!

I had a Bandit 12 a few years ago - £100 fully comp with Bennets - I got a letter telling me to renew for £180!! they got the big FO from me!

Shop around and then phone them up and tell them someone else has offered it to you for £**(*) less..
play them off against each other.

Insurance is a game.!

Good luck

Is there a story to go with this one?
Pass the popcorn

Seriously speaking, as a Carole Nash customer on a multi-bike TPO policy, do i have something to be particularly concerned about, or is it just the customers that expect to be covered for F+T etc that get shafted?

£69 Adrian Flux, TPF+T Mr. Green That was in January, had 2 years NCB. I think Dial Direct, who I was with before that, wanted £150 or something for renewal. I always follow this guide: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/insurance/cheap-motorbike-scooter-insurance

Remember that insurance has taken an upwards hike recently unfortunately. My quote for the RSV went up by £70 over the space of a month when I was shopping around Sad
