I'm getting better at it, last score was 66 ot of 75, way above the pass mark, but I was wondering, how many clicks is "too many", leading to an immediate fail for that section? I've not managed it yet, but I have clicked up to eight times on the mock perception tests I've got (Driving Test Success 2009/2010 edition) without triggering the fail.
And is it me, or are the clips really poor quality? I sometimes can't work out if it's a bus or a bus shelter coming up. ____________________ Responsibility. It's a difficult reality for some. The actual clips are much better quality than the training DVDs. There's no set number of clicks, just don't do it randomly or in a pattern. The general rule I followed was to click once when you first spot a hazard, once as it begins to develop, then once again when you are certain that the thing you are clicking for is definitely the hazard. So that way you will click only once for most potential hazard and three times for any genuine hazard. The most I clicked on any clip in my actual test was 12 times. The least was 4. I had no questions disallowed.
Why not try experimenting on your practices? See how many it takes to fail? |
