What bike?

I had a fair few bikes over a few years, when me and the missus tie the knot a zzr1400 will be purchased for honeymoon europe touring.

Until then its hard not having a bike, but i'm not sure what i want.

So, for around £2k under if possible - my criteria;

Torquey, fast (i'm talking blackbird and zx12 territory, i've tried smaller lighter bikes but i like the power too much)

Looks are fairly important and decent handling although the barges are good enough.

Torque in mind i'm thinking big v twin thous maybe?

Sv1000 > Seems to be a good call.

Ok, still a bit high, but get it down by 10% and it's not too far off your budget.
I was looking around Christmas time before, so there was more cheap ones around.

Well i picked it up this morning

Its fookin great, i like how if you rev at the lights how it pulls the bike to the other side, i see what you mean ham


Pulls nicely, bags of torque and delivery should keep me entertained, engine breaking overkill and fishtailing a plenty

Here she is, came with 2 panniers and seat cowl.
Bargain.
