I am nearly 18,just bought a rare 125cc Honda moped
my questions are:
i haven't started anything yet apart from buying the scooter
can you a ride a 125 with correct bph straight after passing cbt?
will insurance be more for older bike? (1983 and rare)
And also it is currently on a sorn with v5 present but very easy to get working-how do you register it ?

Yes, as long as it's below 14.4bhp. After you insure the bike you should be able to go down to the post office with your insurance + mot + V5 new keeper's part and they can tax it for you.
