erm, yes there is ONE quick way, but the result isn't going to be pretty

My father was a professional rigger years ago, so I had some opportunities to get into some pretty precarious situations - never without safety equipment though...
I was OK watching that vid, up until he was climbing the last 60 feet on the outside of the red pole - and the bit stood on the top when the first guy takes BOTH his hands off to get to his carabina clip

When I worked for BT a few years ago, climbing a 15m telegraph pole used to scare the crap out of me at first, and that was with full safety gear being clipped on at all times - so I can quite confidently say "Fuck That!"

I'd do it for a decent wage. Have done some pretty high climbing but nothing anywhere near that. Would probably have to think of the money alot near the top.
