girlfriend's iphone 3g she'd claimed on insurance after losing it.
as such it's only usable as ipod touch and works fine. this can not be used as a phone! has had a screen protector on it so that's pretty much perfect, has a slight crack about an inch long going up the back cover. doesn't affect it at all. jailbroken for freeby apps. can get pics if needed.
charging cable included.
