yep, failed it
got 49/50 on the theory, 40/75 on the hazard.
I dont think i was clicking at the right time, got a few voided ones for excess clicking too.
The test seems to be teaching people to react to a hazard whilst it is happening rather than spotting it before it happens and being prepared cope when it happens.
Example:
Dual Carrage, video car in the right sitting right in the blind spot of a car in the left.
A sign pops up saying dual C is ending, so I clicked a couple of times, the car then indicated so I clicked again and then once more as it moved causing the video car to brake- apparently I cheated by multi clicking....
The general consensus seems to be I shouldnt have clicked until the car indicated, then only once, and perhaps once more when it moved?
Personally, in real life I would have firstly not sat in his blind spot and secondly, If I did find myself there dropped back upon seeing the sign negating the need to brake. Am I wrong?
Perhaps I'm just bitter at failing
I've bought a DVD now to practice what they want me to do to pass the test. Seems a little strange though.
Got another on Sat so we'll see ____________________ parp...brap....parp |

I used the the three click method
1. Click when you see a hazard.
2. Click when it develops.
3 Click again, just in case the first click was too early.
HTH and good luck with the next attempt. ____________________ Suzuki GSF600 K3 (in the fastest colour, black). |

What I did was click as soon as I saw the hazard leave a second click and then again as Pax said. It seemed to do the trick for me and I got a pretty high score.
I did buy the cd rom from Morrisons for a fiver and practised first though .
Good luck for Sat  |

Generally I use the rule of as soon as you see the hazard
Click
"potatoes"
Click
"potatoes"
Click
Worked for me. The hazard scoring zone is WAY too late. It's level with the standards of most cagers. which is terrible. just gotta try to compensate. ____________________ 57 Huoniao HN125-8 - , 97 Kawasaki GPZ500S -

Did mine on Monday just gone there... pleased to say I passed but, having been a driver for ten years, I found the whole hazard test thing really unnatural at first.
Best thing is probably to buy a DVD and practice - mind you a quick online search brings up a number of free clips you can practice on. I was much the same as the others here - probably averaged about 7 or 8 clicks per video clip, but quite spread out - with 3 in relatively short successsion when the developing hazard came up - once when you first see it, once when it's developing, once more for luck.
Lucky for me, one of the clips I got in my test was the same as one of the clips on the DSA dvd
Best of luck matey ____________________ '09 YBR 125 -> '92 XJ600 S Diversion -> '99 Hornet 600

You've got to keep in mind their definitions of "potential" and "developing" hazards. I had terrible trouble until I got this straight in my head. The potential hazard is the kid on the bike cycling along the pavement (I know, we've seen him, moved out, changed down already).... he's a developing hazard once he turns to his right towards the kerb.
Don't click too fast as much as too many times on one clip, it seems to me, as Glenben says.
The resolution of the clips is nothing to write home about, either
I passed the sheep one easily.... but then I live in Wales  ____________________ Honda Varadero 125cc => Suzuki Bandit 650 33bhp => 77bhp =>
