Been looking on ebay for a pair of motorcycle boots and stumbled across these:

https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DIADORA-Motorcycle-Boots-Pink-Multi-EU43-UK8-8-5-BNWT-/260669071688?pt=Women_s_Shoes&hash=item3cb1166148

https://i.ebayimg.com/20/!ByulhC!!mk~$(KGrHqIOKnUEw9C,gcTMBMTB4,1GRg~~_12.JPG

Why the fuck would a company even consider designing something like this ? How many did they actually expect to sell ? Surely something like these would actually loose Diadora money on the design time/manufacture time considering the money they are going to make back on them.

Not surprised they are selling them, but what the fuck possessed the user to buy them in the first place? Rolling Eyes

They'll go nicely with Whosthedaddy's leathers.

I have a pair, not worn them yet. It's a free listing weekend on eBay, clearly why they are selling them. Maybe I should put mine on Thinking Laughing

Thing is, something like that would be good for a laugh. I rode to work the other day with my 4 year old son's Cars backpack on. Could just about get it over my jacket. Once the lid's on, no one knows who you are eh.

Naah, those boots would clash with their NTBPT Hi-vis jackets..... Oh, you meant the ACTUAL gays?

When you look again they're fitting for their era, from what I remember of mid/late '80s paintjobs.

Mate of mine landed up taking his packed lunch to work in his daughters teddy bear rucksack.

He got pulled by the police on his way in because they wanted to see what the hell he had strapped to his back. I think they thought he was carrying a dog on his back or something.

I just googled, but I cant find a pic unfortunately.

I remember my old man having a pair of Bieffe MX type boots that were white with multi-coloured paint flecks all over them. He claims that I (a 6 year old at the time) made him buy them.

He wore them twice apparently.

The lads at work thought it was funny as I was putting it in the locker. I've ridden through a packed high street with Classic FM blaring from the speakers on my dads Kwak GT750 with it's Pantera fairing, did make me laugh when you see people gawping at you.

As I said, once the lid's on, no-one knows who you are eh?

Thumbs Up
