"Update - I'm assuming its this one."

Yep thats the one - She's back into the police station on 12th Nov. Don't see why she gets a break from it all when we don't - hope the bitch rots! There were witnesses as a friend of mine was contacted via facebook by the son of one of the witnesses. They searched us out.

They caught her due to the description of what she was wearing given to them at the scene.

Wow, that's the sort of stuff that makes my blood boil. How many more deaths is it going to take before we take a leaf out of El Salvador's book. Those guys know how its done. A first offence for drinking and driving is Death by Firing squad. In Bulgaria, a second offence carries the death penalty. There has never been a second offence.

If people knew that if you drink and drive, and get caught, you get shot the fuck up, suddenly the Night bus won't seem all that bad.

Drinking and driving isn't big, especially when its clear it results in cases like unfortunate Wayne.

My deepest condolences go out to all who knew him, and it is a shame he was only able to live half of what his life should have been. Rest In Peace.

I believe the long established posters point, and my own, is that as an adult I am mature enough to make my own decision on when I am incapable of being in control of a vehicle, being "over the limit" means fuck all when the limit is around half a pint.

After two pints I would be way over the legal limit, and my reactions might be slower, but then I change my riding to suit. While I have probably ridden over the limit less than 20 times in total, I have yet to have been in a situation where I feel the alcohol has somehow endangered my own life or somebody else's.

As it happens I have more or less given up drinking now other than the odd bottle at a mates house, since I am such a danger to society perhaps this is for the best.

Signed, well worth a rant. The murdering slag was already weeping about being depressed before sentencing, this is doubtless a "Oh, prison is so haaaard" compassionate plea.

Damn her, prison is supposed be be hard, and a deterrant. What did she think was going to happen to her? Maybe the next drunken tart who goes for a rage-drive might ponder on that.

Reading the circumstances of the case is boiling my piss. It wasn't one bad "one too many at the pub" slip, it was a deliberate decision to leave a house, get in the car, drive drunk and angry, perform a rage-undertake into the back of the poor bloke - no attempt to avoid - then she fled the scene and hid in a ditch, leaving him to die. No admission at arrest, by the way, only after talking to a brief and deciding on the "poow wikkle innocent" mitigation. She even asked to start her 5 year driving ban early doors in order to have it expire quicker!

If she can't hack it in prison, I hope the shrew kills herself, then burns in whatever hell she believes in. She took a life, and hasn't shown any sign of repenting, or caring. Burn.

Couldn't agree more.
People with this double-standard style of pity need to be put down on sight. "Feel sorry for me I'm in prison" when at the same time feels no compassion for a life she took.

Also, signed. Don't know what it'll do, but it only takes a moment.

Just signed the petition.

Such a shame to be killed by that scum of the earth drunk driver. Sometimes tragic accidents happen but to show no remorse after already doing a runner is unbelievable.

If she had any shred of decency she would keep her gob shut, do the whole sentence and then on release battle the guilt demons in her head for the rest of her life.
