Hi well i now have pics of my new supra. I thought not too bother with the bike in the end as i been there and got the t-shirt etc.. plus lucky to still be alive really what with all the ''other mad'' drivers around... The supra is in very nice condition which is always a win and has been well looked after.

The car is pretty standard at the moment or tho i will change that when i start getting my cash flowing. the car its self drives like a beauty and handles very nicely.

The wiring, he isn't the brightest so he could of done something wrong.

He doesn't need pockets, he keeps a wedge of 20's under his radio.
Anyway I'm not so sure about turbo rebuilds as the pics been taken in a way that just misses out the part of the dash where the boost gauge is, which as I can't tell the difference between them makes me think n/a?
I do like the supra though, I always wanted one but then bought a 300zx as it was so much cheaper and pretty much did the same thing, just a shame it was so ugly Smile
Only thing about the big TT grand tourers is that they are actually normally slower then a lot of sporty hatchbacks, as you can never get traction and by the time you do and the turbos are spinning you run out of road.

The ripspeed unit isnt that bad. the only thing i will say is that it loads CDs abit slow and can be a bit iffy when ejecting them. it was already with the car anyway. Plus its the non turbo i think. im gonna get it dynoed next week if i can find somewhere.

Lol, forgot about 18Aprilia.

Nice Supra, especially in red but why did you get an automatic?

Most if not all Supra's i see on the road are ruined by people thinking they look better with a body kit of some sort or some after market spoiler, skirts. They don't.

Was surprised by the lack of manuals on the Supra's for sale actually.

Performance seems pretty decent for the non-turbo model. Did you look at others 'similar' cars like an MR2 turbo, pretty cheap nowadays.

Those 90s Jap interiors are cool too.

I had one, the aero top version though, about 3 years ago. I only had it for about 3 months because it had an uncanny adversion to cornering fast over gravel that had been washed down from the banks of the very narrow country lane I was on. After bouncing from side to side down 100 yards of lane the bottom third was about half the width of the roof. Bloody hurt too.

Anyway, it was a lovely, lazy drive on the A roads, with about 200bhp and too much weight to cause anyone else any real embarrassment. With the roof off it was like towing a powered trailer, the scuttle-shake was interminable.

It handled "OK", nothing like as planted as the R26 Megane we've got now and not as generally fast either.

They look fast and I've always liked them (naturally) but I'm not in awe of them quite like I was before I had one. The B spec, VTEC Prelude I chopped in for it was a better car so it turned out.
