Sooo, just wondering...

Considering I've had a car licence for 15 years.
Once I pass my bike test will I become classed as a new rider and therefore be subject to the 6 points banning rules? or continue under the 12 points rule?

Not that I'm planning to rush out and get a load of points you understand Very Happy

ta

I believe the 2 year probationary period runs from your first full UK license issue date.

If you read the New drivers Act it isn't ambigous at all, you arent affected by it as you have passed a diving test - same as I wont be affected when/if I take my catagory B.

So it'll end two years from this july I passed my car test.

Awesome.
