My driving licence has no info on it!

Is this normal?

I had a paper only car licence years ago, then got a photocard one about 3 years ago.

The paper counterpart to the photocard one had info in the provisional area,
A... blah blah blah
GH... blah blah (i think from memory)

and some old points in the endorsments part.

I recently got a new licence due to a change of address. The points are gone which is nice. Also, theres no info in the provisional bit at all!
It was accepted fine for CBT and Theory but struck me as strange thats all

Any ideas if this is normal?

Mine has no info there either, only the photocard shows my entitlements. I am a provisional driver though.

Mine is totally blank too.

But its funny, becaue i dont think the paper counterpart means much. I had an accident and had to present my documents at the police station. I could only find my old counterpart that i had before i passed my test. But the officer accepted it no problems!

The paper counterpart only shows what is not shown on the back of the photocard.
