tank pad oval dots

Just bought this cheapo tank pad, where do the oval dots go?

Can't get a clear idea of size but probably where your bar end could make contact with the tank ( not that it should although mine does ). That's where they are on my tank anyway

They go on the back of the helmet near the top, and then use a sharpie to make a curve underneath them, thus making a Honda Smiley face.

Or you could put them where the knees hug the tank. Thats where you'll get a lof chafing

I had some that come with mine, but longer/thinner so I put them in line with the pad its self.
Possibly by the knees?
