XBOX 360S SHIT!!!

Well, Had a new Xbox 250gb delivered...connected it up, and there was great picture (With HDMI Cable) but no sound....So, I turn it off, and put in the Scart cable with the red,white,yellow ends to it, plug in, and still no sound.....Tried the sound settings on the dashboard, and still, no sound....

Then...



The Red Dot of DEATH....What the fuck is that about?

Im duly sending it back to where it came from - Not sure whether to get a replacement.

Anybody heard of these problems before???

does it still red ring when you use just the HDMi cable?

You have to set the sound to come out of the HDMI port in the system settings don't you?

It sounds like the scart lead is giving the red light, go to the system settings, sound options and change it to HDMI!

Happens all the time, I've had 2 of my own do it and a mates. You can fix em easily, but they break again. After years of this shxt i've got a PS3.

They red ring when you havn't connected them properly I believe...maybe it's just that?
