Hello all, bought a Bandit and it's got the standard handlebars on it. Got some different ones, not as 'bent', more suited to me. Just a bit cautious changing them over.

I know to undo the four bolts near the yoke, and taking the mirrors off is straight forward. But unsure about the actual controls. Anyone know how?

You need to drill some holes!

There will be small dowels in the controls (horn/lights indies)which you need to drill holes for. Else they won't fit!

Just undo everything and put it back on after you';ve drilled the holes took me 20 minutes to do it on my NTV, if you are careful you can slide things off your old bars and slide them back onto your new bars saving much time.

Ah, so that's what the hole is for! It's already got 'em so that's one less job. Everything is loose now, bit the grip seems stuck on?

WD40 and screw driver down the inside, then bog roll on the inside to absorb said WD40 and some glue, I used no more nails on the NTV grips and on the CBR used nothing as the grips were a very tight fit anyway.
