Needed urgently before my CBT runs out.

I need a second hand CG125 or similar to practise on, so I can take the test. CBT runs out late November, so I have a couple of months which should do the trick. Just need some practise before I take the test itself.

Looking for a second hand 125 so if things go pear shaped and I discover I don't like it (HA, fat chance!) then I haven't wasted loads of cash. Actually, want something cheap so that I can save money in the long run for a big bugger once I've passed.

All bargains considered. I'm London myself, so anyone selling in that area would be a help...although everything considered...

Looked on ebay, but so far I keep getting outbid.

So...anyone out there...?

Cheers, Toby

Have a look through Loot and Ad Trader and you'll find a fair few around near you for sale at the moment.

Also on eBay it is not really worth bidding on the item until as late in the auction as you can, if you can do leave it to the final few seconds as it reduces the chances of other people coming back and outbidding you, and bidding early in an auction just pushes the price up so leave it as late as you can do. Thumbs Up

Cheers all, much obliged.
Got bike trader, and there are some good options.
Ebay I've found a few corkers as well.
No luck with bidding though, I keep getting outbid by numpties for stupid money for a 20 year old bike which is good for the seller, but pretty dumb from a market point of view.

Easy now, and for all ebayers out there....DON'T shoot your load too early. KEEP THE PRICES DOWN, its a buyers market!

Hi..searching for a good CG can be difficult...
I gave up in the end and bought new...
it only cost me £500 more than a decent second hand one I had my eye on.

Good luck !
