You could try this meantime.

I think the size is right but I'm no expert.

I'm so glad you're so happy with it Very Happy It's great to sell it to someone who is enjoying it so much! I'm glad it's gone to a good home Smile I loved that bike, it's kind of odd to see a space in the garage now where it was... but then again now I'm a fully fledged one bike only Ninja owner Laughing

Don't know which side of Glasgow you live, and it is a bit difficult to get to avoiding motorways but I can highly recommend the A70 which runs from Lanark to Edinburgh, also known as "The Lang Whang". Carefull though, as you are a beginner, because some of the corners are pretty tight!

Congratulations Fallen Angel, sounds real gem of a bike Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Whatever you do, dont go to war with a Sheep on it, as a friend has just managed to do with his 93 NSR, leaving both a bit of a mess. However, he was a lunatic, and Im sure you riding sensibly and responsably wont have any nasty farmyard encounters Thumbs Up .

Nice Bike,
Cheers Jonathan

Congrats, at last!

The bike looks brilliant, absolutely mint and it's a Honda. Thumbs Up

It's such a nice but scary feeling to get your own bike. I remember picking up my first, it was an Aprilia AF125 Europa and I thought it was beautiful. It also scared the sh*t out of me on the way home as it was derestricted and my brain wasn't. Laughing

Congrats, I'm sure you'll have many a happy day on her. Thumbs Up

First bikes are always special, despite the fact that I've owned quite a few bigger bikes since my DT50, I don't think I've ever had quite as much fun on them. Cherish these days. Karma

Delightful. One little problem though.

That bike is an NS, not an NSR. Make sure you have it insured as an NS125R not an NSR125.

93 seems to be a late year for one of them, so its likely one that sat in the back of a dealers and didn't get registered new, which would also go some way to explain the low mileage.

I think secretly my mum was hoping I'd change my mind and give you the Ninja and keep the wee NSR for myself Laughing She could handle my being on the NSR, the Ninja's a bit more scary!

Biker nods are great when you're just starting out aren't they? I remember just loving the feeling of being acknowledged Very Happy

Why do people keep saying it's an NSR then?

It's still sexy though, even if it's inferior to mine! Wink

Cos it is referred to as the NSR. There is also an unfaired version, which is the NS125F, referred to as the NSF.
