I cant watch Jeremy Kyle.
If I do then I find myself feeling low for the day ... it actually affects my happiness levels.

I cant stand the seeing the awful truth of the underclass.
I cant stand the thought of the innocents often hurt or going to be hurt (children etc).
I really cannot stand his voice ... his face ... everything about him.
Even the way his hair is cut at the front that annoys me.

But most of all, I hate the way he exploits all of the above.

I am not a violent man .... and if it didnt ruin my career / get me a prison sentence ... then I would actually go and hit him if I saw him.
No build up ... no ultra violence ... no stalking or planning.
I am just out shopping and there he is ... looking at sunglasses or something in Next (he would shop there).
I would walk up and clump him round the head and walk off.
I would do the same to Graham Norton ... but dont start me on that one.
