front forks wheel brakes etc are off a zxr400 h1
rear wheel is a zr750 at the moment will be fitting a zxr400 rear at some point
rear shocks are aftermarket ones but will have a set of ohlins next week

how much around £400 ish
how long around 2 weeks but ongoing project
whats it worth dont know standards go for between £500-£850
it will do untill she gets a bmw f650 dakar rep lol

i like the look on it thats why i got myself the 1100 next to it
but dont think the upside down front end would suite the 11
so going to put zrx front end on it

Good work sir. Good choice of bike, good buy and nicely done restore. Metallic purple always looks good on bikes of a certain era and you managed to keep the coloured alloy fittings to a tasteful minimum.

But isn't obtaining (or worse, specially painting) a colour-matched paddock stand crossing some sort of line between prudent orderliness and borderline OCD? Laughing

Looks AMAZING compared to the original condition. I could hardly believe it was the same bike... VERY niiice!

check out the condition of that original sprocket though Sick

the front was worse than that but i rode it up the road
was not till i stripped it i found the chain was really tight so it wouldn't slip Laughing

They're rather high on your bike, but at acceptably so though. On her's it just makes it look like the owner wishes they had a street fighter or sports bike instead
