HG return/repair?

The side pocket zips of my HG jacket have both broken - have the jacket for about 15 months.

However, I have no idea if I still have the receipt

Assuming I don't, what are my chances of getting them to repair/replace the item?

I needed to get my boots repaired and they wouldn't do it without a proof or purchase. An old bank statement counts

Not sure if it will still be covered by the warranty now though.

No idea about the zips and jacket in general, Shelltex is covered for two years, and goretex is covered for 5 years, but they just apply to the water proof layers not the whole jacket.

One of the girls on here worked for HG, Dragonfly maybe, she might know.
