Had my GFR125 running today.

Looked like a wire had come loose from the Reg, so re-crimped and as I attached, a spark flew off the reg.

Either way, the bike started up and ran until the fuse popped a couple of minutes later.

The four wires into the reg are not colour co-ordinated as per the wiring diagram, so may not be plumbed in correctly. Any way of checking for definite?

The Reg also has an earth that goes between the frame and the Reg itself. Perhaps this isn't the cleanest connection ????

I'll take any suggestions you guys might have ??????

Firstly clean up the ground connection... atleast get it 100% before adjusting anything else needlessly!
