2007 AE07 AGX Aprilia Tuono 1000 R Street-fighter

The Tuono is an unfaired 1000cc twin cylinder RSVR / Factory with NO detuning, remapping or softening. It is a proper old fashioned 130bhp street-fighter!

Only 13,000 miles, summer toy no winter use. Michelin Power tyres.

Satin black and graphite grey chequers. Bodywork and tank is very nice condition with no chips to paint or damage to decals. Black rubber knee grip pads to tank (Gripster snake skin).

Custom street-fighter look with Yamaha FZ1 headlight.

Original Aprilia clocks have been mounted on a custom made powder coated bracket.

All custom brackets retain original fixings so it could easily be returned back to a normal Tuono for minimal cost (the FZ1 headlight commands extremely high price due to new cost from Yamaha and scarcity at breakers!)

Carbon front mudguard and rear hugger. (cost: £130)

R&G Top and lower crash protectors. (cost: £100)

Apart from the above parts it is completely standard with oem exhausts and plastic shrouds on fluid bottles, radiators, bellypan and knee deflector spoilers.

The oem silver tuono exhaust cans have been replaced with standard RSVR road legal cans which have dark titanium finish to match the Satin black colour scheme better.

The bike is in really nice condition with full service history.

Recorded on HPI as CAT C on 10-04-2009 (this is not recorded on the V5 logbook) no structural damage but cost of repair exceed pre-accident value.

All damaged parts replaced (hence the headlight conversion) by previous keeper, the only remaining imperfection is a small scratch to swing arm. Damage mainly to lacquer coat and would polish out if the swing arm was polished.

I have recently serviced it:

* Oil and filters
* NGK Spark plugs
* Coolant change
* New battery (big v twins need top quality cranking power)
* Rear brake pads and vacuum bled to remove all air (rear brake actually works!)
* Rear suspension and linkage removed, cleaned and regreased.
* 1 Years MoT
* 1 Year tax

I have checked with a main dealer and there is no outstanding recalls / warranty work.

I took it as a private p/x with engine trouble and requiring minor finishing tweaks. I purchased a damaged 2008 Tuono which had only covered 9k, one owner from new and FSH. This bike donated the engine, rear suspension (slightly better condition) and I cherry picked the best auxiliary components and fasteners to finish this bike.

V5 log book and both service books to be included to show both bikes had FSH.
