Hi, my friend is going to get a moped but after me telling him several times he still won't get a scooter.
He wants to know which of the three is the best and why, please no people telling me all three are crap and unreliable as its not for me and i bought my moped yesterday which is a four stroke piaggio zip.

This is for a friend who just wants to know which is best,
thanks.

Geared 50s are better than mopeds.

They all need care as they are all two stroke, good oil and standard maintenence is key. Well maintained they are just as reliable as a four stroke.

Geared two stroke fiftys will most likely be faster.

As for which is best, they are all slow and boring, so just get the one that looks the nicest to him.

Which ever looks the best deal.

Generally the Matrix will be the cheapest, and the RS50 the most expensive. RS50's tend to have been fiddled with and ragged to shit.

There is very little between them all, the brakes/suspension are good enough for a 50cc, they'll all do around 50mph, maybe a little more, they are all terrible on fuel and drink oil, and get themselves very mucky.

None of which makes up for the boredom you will be forced to endure
