NSR 125 Shock On TZR 125?

My bike has failed its MOT (surprise surprise) I knew it would because the suspension has been sh ite for a while. Just bounces when you push down on it like a spring, no damping at all.

It failed on:

Brake light doesn't light up immediately when brake is pressed
Front wheel bearings
Rear wheel bearings
Inadequate damping from rear shock
Indicator missing (didn't bother getting a new one before MOT as I knew it would fail anyway)
Front lamp missing (the one that comes on when you switch the lights to PO I think?)
Brake pads worn

So with that being quite a list... it's nothing diabolical I suppose, and I was wondering, could I fit a shock from an italian import NSR125 (FL model I think) to my TZR? (as I have one (and a half) of these sat in the garage).

It would just save me forking out £100 on a new rear shock.

You don't need these for an MOT as long as they are not fitted.
