A friend is trying to sell his aprilia sr50 ditech due to buying a 125, it is making a raquet and it turns out that both the exhaust nuts have worked themselves off, please may somebody tell me the size of the nuts many thanks Harry

Either tighten them up or don't buy it. If he can't tighten down nuts properly he obviously hasn't looked after it! Anyway, its probably either 8, 10 or 12mm. Just stick a spanner on it and find out.

Im not buying it, im helping him buy new bolts but, without one to go by you don't know what size it is.

Oh right. And sorry sir. Try the manual. Failing that try asking someone who has one. I thought you said they have come loose? Can't you just check them out and either do them up (surely) or buy another two?

Yeh thats cool, i think i will just guess 10mm as thats what they are on some peds, they only cost a few p anyway.

I would of thought that too, would guess studs with m6 or m8 nuts....Then again, my RS125 doesn't have studs, does the SR50 use springs?
