Multiplayer is meant to be ok

single player is borked and unstable

Nope

Will still play it at some point just for some new shooty.

Metacritic gave it 76% which is decent so it will need someone to give us a hands on.

A guy in work said his mate did the single player in a night.

I Would like to know when Medal of honour and COD Blacks Opps is going to be released for PC. I believe they are both going to be released for PC cos someone said so in a local Game Exchange shop.

I remember back in the day when Meddle of Honour ruled the FPS back in the day. Then COD1 came along, of course. COD is not the most original game by any means but it had a good balance between gameplay and graphics compared to others such as MOH, and Brothers in Arms..

I played it and I wasn't overly impressed, nothing grabbed me and made me want to continue playing it unlike COD.

Would have been better to be able to knife people and move on rather than watching the knife dig in and then shaking the body off, wasting 3 secs a time.

I'll go back to playing Fallout New Vegas instead.

ok i'v just completed it so i'll say the game is insanely short. say about 5-7 hours gameplay. not yet played multiplayer.
the story line is average, i was surprised it ended so quickly and without much of a bang. like a poor mans modern warfare (eg the sniper mission). wont be playing through it again in single player.
that being said the combat is good, some missions are challenging, and the variety of the levels doesn't get boring.
the structure of the levels was quite linear and it almost felt like a game of time crisis.

as has been said on zero punctuation many a time, a game has to stand up on single player alone. this fell way short for me.
if i'd paid full dosh for it i'd probably be feeling pretty ripped off right now.
will see what multiplayer is like as that should keep me going until black ops.
gamestation apparently are guarenteeing £25 trade in on this against black ops when that's released.

Had a couple of hours on it tonight, and I really rate it! Seems smoother and more dynamic than COD. The multi-player isn't hindered by boosters, and it all seems to work really well. There's a couple of glitches but on the whole it seems to be a winner.

Yet another rip off FPS. Slightly over 4hrs of gameplay for £40 is unacceptable, IMO.

I suspect some will tell me that it's primarily set up as an online game. Well, that doesn't help those of us who live in the sticks and have to endure broadband speeds that make 3G look rapid. Also, why can't they just say so on the game box? It wouldn't put off 90% of buyers but it would've saved me a few quid.

I love online but unlike COD 4 you can't choose your own server anymore, they use the same platform for PC as they do for XBOX and PS3 now, so your not missing much.

Oh well thats the single player completed, jesus that was very very short. I like parts of the game, the peak option should be in all FPS tbh, being the gunner in the chopper was good but pretty basic, the AI was pretty poor at times. As said above most games are designed now for gaming online but i would still like to see a decent single player game for my money.

have spoken to others who've played and are annoyed by the woefully short single player and would be surprised if anyone doesnt think similar.
the final cut scene isn't where it should end, if anything that should be just halfway through. there's got to be more as dlc for free. not a sequel at £40. that would be pure piss taking.
i had a crack at frontline but got bored straight away by everything on the first mission so turned that off.
perhaps there's something i'm missing about the multiplayer, this isnt MAG, you knew that would be online only.
i'v not found anything on the online play that has made me want to jump back in time and time again.
