just heard back from the guy - he'll cut me a deal - £1300 including a slightly torn Oxford tank bag that used to belong to Princess Diana. Apparently she used to own this bike but the current owner has a brother in the SAS and he managed to get her name taken off the log book and stuff by, like, killing lots and lots of Ninjas down the post office (or sumfink)

- put bigger carbs on
+ advance the ignition 3mm
+ polish & gas flow the heads
+ change piston & compression

you can increase power from 4.5 to 6.5 hp.

I'm going to ask the seller if a nitrous kit would fit........
