Anyone interested in the subject? I think I exhausted the use of one site devoted to the tales of paranormal creatures as it simply didn't have as much reading material as I want.
I'm particularly interested if anyone can post good folk legends regarding large ghostly dogs or failing that, variations on the banshee legends. The more the willies are put up me, the more likely I give out tasty karmaz. ____________________ Current Bikes: Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 (2020)

From then on, I and the bicycle feelings deeper. |

I read The Hound of the Baskervilles when I was about 9, so that probably started me off. ____________________ Current Bikes: Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 (2020)

I know that werewolves aren't in quite the same category (are they?) but ...
If you are into slightly stuff like that, there's a very good novel called BAREBACK about a world (remarkably similar to the UK, but not quite as we know it) ... in which half the population are werewolves, and the other half are "barebacks" who are compelled by government rulings to become werewolf-hunters and to go out to seek out and kill any rogue werewolves on full moon nights.
Tis very good.
Sorta detective novel/action/adventure thingie.
Lead character is a girl, a bit of a tom-boy, oddball sort of girl, but gung ho and sensitive.

Due to the amount of noise our Glis Glis made, i had considered that the Worm had taken up residence.
I always deck myself out in spiked armour before checking the cupboard, just in case.......
(So far the airing cupboard has yielded 1 x Glis Glis and 3 little field mice - the jumbo rat traps make quite a mess of them, brains and guts get squitted out in quite an impressive fashion)
