some kind soul decided to reverse into my bike while i was at work,
atleast they picked it up, and made it look like nothing had broken,
cue a ride home with no clutch in peak hour traffic, and wheelies from every set of lights,

they also broke my indicator, thats more damage than when i slid off it at 60 and high sided it at 40,
but being a mz 20 mins in the garage, she's good to go again

That happens bud. Some twat done the same to my bike 2 weeks ago. Bent the peg bracket on the left side. End result was a foot peg at an odd angle pointing downwards and a gear change that was rendered unsuable. I had to crowbar the bracket just enough to change gears to get me to and from work and order a new bracket.

Oddly enough there is council ran cctv in the area and after several Emails to them they had a look (firstly at the wrong camera footage) and told me they couldnt see anything and questioned me. "Am I sure the bike was damaged there?"

"yes" I replied. "I rode the bike home from work and the following day I couldnt put the bike into gear. It would seem unlikely that I managed to ride a bike I couldnt get into gear home from work"

I feel your pain bro. Bastards the lot of them!

Had my bike knocked over while in work too. Cracked up the side of my fairing. Did not buy a new one, had to sew up the back of the plastic to hold it together. People really are bum holes.
