As said above, yes, you can overbore it and fit oversize pistons - as long as its not been done to within an inch of its life already.
You can get oversize pistons that go up in quarter millimeter increments.

Best thing is have a look at the bores and pistons, measure them for wear and that will give you an idea of why its drinking oil.
Off the top of my head im not sure where to buy the pistons (i have never had to buy any) but im sure they will be available somewhere.
Have you called David Silvers? Quite often they have 'new old stock' in the stores that they dont have listed on the website.
i found a pair of rims for a CB125 for £20 each that way.
