Google map of CCTV car locations in central London. This will be expanded with everyone's help and be a positive contribution the civil enforcement's alleged goal of "100% compliance without penalties" 
So far, it's just London but we hope it can go national. Feel free to post any known locations and I'll pass them on. Obviously, you will be performing a public service if you pass on the map link.

The map, not the cars!  Sadly, they seem to be going national. I South Tynside, Bolton and Manchester have them. Here's a list of where and what they made: https://www.bigbrotherwatch.org.uk/drive-byspies.pdf
The existing cars favour high-earning honey-pots with poor signage and tend to return to these spots.
I'm not sure how you add POI's to TomTom but I have just emailed them and Garmin about adding CCTV car hotspots 
PS I have deliberately avoided mentioning any campaign that I might be involved with, so can in no way be considered to be spamming. I'm respecting the fact certain vociferous individuals with bizarre photo collections do not welcome posts here about that. This post is of benefit to anyone who might be tempted to commit a contravention in these areas and is entirely in line with declared government policy of "100% compliance without penalties". By circulating it, you will save people money and help prevent contraventions, possibly saving lives. You will also help stop these highwaymen running enforcement illegally for profit and bring about a policy of operating for the benefit of the public. Aren't they supposed to be public servants?

Oh, we know what campaigns you're involved with. It looks like camera cars are your latest infatuation over there these days.
Still, I suppose it must be a lot easier terrorising camera car drivers trying to earn a crust, than spunking money up against the High Court's wall.

Fortunately, BCF doesn't ban people who make them look like the nasty, vindictive cunts they truly are, nor threaten them with legal action if they try to "Openly discuss the bike parking tax." as you laughingly proclaim.
So, given that you're not wanted here, I'd say your continual return to promote links to your nasty little site's activities does constitute spamming and will be treated as such.

Are you a complete fucktard? or am I just missing the point? These cars are out to catch people who fail to obide by the rules and put other people at risk, most of that list say "signed as left turn only" signed as no motor vehicles" "signed as no entry"
Last time I checked one way systems didn't work too well with two way traffic! |

If they caught people that were doing dangerous things, rather than things just 'against the law', then I could quite understand it.
For instance in some cases crossing double white lines may be dangerous, but in others it's perfectly safe.
By trying to blindly enforce the law, rather than consider the 'spirit of the law'; you diminish the reasons for having the law and people's respect in those laws. |
Your white line analogy, it may very well be safe to cross the white line, but the bottom line is the white line is there and the law states that you must not cross it, if you decide that you want to abide by it, then by all means cross it, but don't cry about getting caught and fined for it, because it is against the law.
Picking and choosing which laws you want to enforce leaves way too much open to abuse, which is why simple traffic laws have been passed down to non police people such as traffic wardens and hobby bobbys, because everyone knows police abuse their power of "judgement" based on gut, meaning that you could be penalised for being a motorbike rider, but exactly the same offence for a bimbo in her mini winking her eyes and showing some leg could get off with a telling off!
minor road offences are minor road offences, its not hard to avoid them! |
