Hi,

I have a problem with my moped,

its a 2008 Baotian Pulse 49cc.

It was working fine till the other day when it just died. It then started but wouldn't go anywhere, it would move slightly then cut out. It will start and you can leave it running, but when you give it any throttle, the back will spins and then as you gradually give it more throttle it just dies.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It was only bought as a cheap runaroud to get me places but it's proving to be more trouble then it's worth.

Unfortunately, buying cheap can be a false economy...

'buy cheap, buy twice' is a common BCF expression.

When you get it running let me know, iv got a blue powerband you can have for it for £50! You will get at least 110mph out of it then!

We have a a section on the forum called workshop. If you post there, helpful people may help. In this bit of the forum, people will just ridicule your bike.

You should ask the mods to move your post into the Workshop section where you might get actual help from people that know and understand engines and things.

General bike chat does exactly what it says on the tin...chat about them. Thumbs Up
