Boo.

Actually don't know anyone who lives in Camberley anymore, but I would suggest you start looking about around the woods in Aldershot, Ash and Heath End...where this sort of bike might be used in that area.

If only I were to get that lucky. Still had no call from the police regards this. Not had a call back from my insurance company either.

Does anyone know the normal procedure that happens when your bike gets nicked???

I dont think the police will be calling you back. Unless you saw the bike getting nicked, in which case they'd come down to take a statement, they wont tend to come out. They'd have taken some basic details over the phone i'm assuming?

Generally speaking, the cops dont really do much about stolen vehicles. they record the data, if the cunt is riding in front of a cop car, it'll flag up, but unfortunately a lot of the time bikes are taken by opportunist joyriders. It may just be found in a field somewhere burnt out.

I had a bike stolen once, and a few weeks after reporting it, i received a letter from the police stating that they were going to carry out no further investigation due to lack of evidence or some bullshit like that.

Unfortunately i've never claimed for theft on insurance, so i dont know what the procedure is i'm afraid.

Still, its shitty luck man. especially being only a week old.
