Ebays your best bet for diablos look for race scrubs they have usualy had a few laps on them so the edges will be a bit ripped up but 20 minutes at you nearest twisties and a couple of burnouts will sort that. prices range from 30 a pair upward on the bay.

And diablos are shite in the wet Laughing

i have found diablos make a pretty good wet/all year tyre, been using them on my cbr for years and always found them fantastic whatever the weather. I usually buy my sets from here.

These are for diablo corsa, but its the same tyre just with a thinner tread cut, its what i always use anyway.

my zx7r had diablos on when i got it, did 2k on them through winter and they were a terrifying tyre and squared off very fast.

go for a decent sport touring tyre if you want good wet performance

Never had an issue in the wet or with warm up times on my Diablo's.

Infact i still think they were the quickest tyres ive had to warm up.

I had pilot powers on my CBR, they were pretty good in most weathers, a bit touchy when there was lots of standing water though, really good in the dry. The rear only lasted about 2.7k miles, I'd go for (I did) a dual compound sports touring tyre for the best of both worlds, Avon ST Ultras, Pirelli Angel ST and the Michelin 2ct jobbies are all well regarded.
