MW2. MOH. BLACK OPS

I have been playing MW2 for most of the year, online, Just finished MOH, online I thought was crap, not my sort of game. I understand plenty will like it though, the campaign I found easy, and very short, played it on hard as most suggested. have black ops on pre order, but I have a feeling it will be a let down, I do hope I am wrong as I need something new to play.

From what I have seen on here, most seem to be on xbox, I play on PS anyone else on here on PS. if you fancy a game, I play with a group of lads, we have a great laugh lots of banter on from 9pm till early hours, you are more than welcome to join in. we all have mics

MW2 = alright, only play FFA and S&D (though the l33t quick scoperz are ruining that) now since IW have given up on the game
MoH = rubbish
Black Ops looks promising... lets see if it can take me away from BF:BC2 (best FPS on the market imo)

BF2 servers (PC) are always packed, every game i end up in maxes out (32 players usually).. It's just a shame there isn't many updates/more maps/support for this game. It's much better than the "arcadey" type games like CoD etc, more realistic, quite hard at times and most of all relies on teamwork not just running around on your own shooting anything you see.

Vietnam is out soon, only 4 maps? c'mon... would be ok if EA/DICE (whoever) started to provide updates and more maps but I can't see it.

THe game does appear to be dying fast but for now teh servers are still fairly packed.

How have people not realised this yet...Infinity ward does the good one, Treyarch does the poor one, repeat.

BF:BC2 was ok but its character progression was naff so once I'd got all the unlocks I stopped playing.

You only have to see the xbox live activity for the past 12 months and you'll see which is the most popular.

All my firends moved back to MW2 and after getting brored of BF:BC2 pretty quickly I'm still having fun nearly everynight on MW2 with guys from FBC.

Fingers crossed BO will be at least as good as MW2

Probably played that more than any other COD. Its what got me addicted to COD in 2000. hell I was playing MP on a 56k modem, which is why when I got my first job th first thing I did was buy broadband for the house to play COD on. I then bought another PC so me and my brother could play COD/UO at the same time.

Ah the good old days, Dawnville, carentan, Foy. No perks no killstreaks, no create a class.

Indeed, I hate those dogs, I hate the small maps, I hate the kill lag, I hate the heli's and killstreaks. Only when you got to 40 kills and survived for a certain amount of time after spawning after those required amount of kills would you get artillery.

So, do you still play coduo? I was until late september until i have to go back to uni

Guess you need to be a hardcore CoD fan to enjoy MW2 for nearly a year. CoD 4 was ok at best, never got into that game (probably because MW2 came out like 2 months after I bought it)... MW2 was epic at first "this is the best game evarrrr!!!" sort of epic. 7 days of gameplay later later it just started to grind on me like mad Played on WaW at a mates, thought it was crap. Dunno if I will like black ops but I'll give it a go. Never was a fan of single player on CoD either, when you get shot your character recoils like mad and it just pisses me clean off (stuff realism).

I don't play cludo.

SP COD has never interested me much, it takes me about 6 months to bother completing it.

I know what gametype I'll be playing when BO comes out.

I thinkn MW2 has lasted longer for me than any other due to playing with the same guys everynight, it really increases the "fun" factor when playing with mates, there are 6 of use who regulary play with 2 or 3 additions, most of them off BCF, we have quite a laugh, but we can come to blows (sexual & metaphorical ) when the tension rises.

What game type? The gun game one will be my favourite, since I used to hammer the shit out of GG in CS:S on custom maps.

I meant multiplayer, but yes I'll be diving into wager matches.

I too used to play GG on CS:S, wasn't very good at it but I seem to be good using all weapons in MW2, so I hoping thta may give me the edge over the UMP/ACR/FAMAS huggers.
