All according to bike gsxr mag
Hi everyone, as some of you know i have a Suzuki gsxr 600, k3. Was looking through the bike gsxr mag today and noticed that the only major differences between the k3 and k4 are the front forks and front brake. Was just wondering how much better the new set up is on the k4 ? Say if i was too get my forks set up for myself and fit better pads, disks and braided lines would this bring it upto k4 standard? The only other change was made in 2006 and this was to the engine but only a slight change. I know there were little body work changed along the line but im only talking mechanical. Also would k4 front forks fit in a k3 and why when suzuki were using upside down forks in 1998 did they swap back to regular in 2000 then back to upside down ones in 2004 :S Thanks guys

It's a magazine mate.

If the bike stops well enough for you, who gives a shit what a rag says? Will you notice a tiny difference in front brake feel if you fit a K4 front-end? I doubt it.

Ride it like you bought it.
